I discovered the book "Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls" about 5 years ago when my sister was pregnant with my niece and it is one of my favorite gifts to give a Mom expecting a baby girl. The book highlights 100 historic women with a description and illustration of them, done by a female artist from around the world. If you want to take your gift giving to the next level and make any Mom sob, you could also insert a page dedicated to that Mom and write a blurb on who she is, all she has accomplished for her little girl to read someday.
